Our specially designed worker containment systems provide anti slip safe access to service bus, RV & highway van rooftops and more. They are a cost-effective alternative to engineered overhead harness systems.

MOBILE STURDY DECK COMBINED ROOFTOP & UPPER REACH SYSTEMS
20”, 30” or 36” width welded high tensile anti slip aluminum channel inline connected 8’ length platforms.
Choose from 16’, 24’, 32’ - 48’ length, 6’ 6”- 9’ adjustable height systems.
TRANSIT BUS SYSTEMS - Easy Access is set up to fabricate 10' 4" & similar fixed height transit rooftop specs with stairway systems.

Upgrade for break apart into 2 separate systems:
- add 2 sets of 90 degree adjustable roof height handrails & additional ladder(s) to 32’ or 48’ systems for 2 separated 16’ or 24’ length systems.

Notes:

Rooftop railings pivot and adjust for rooftop heights. Multiple location deck welded sleeves available.

Approach ladders specified are type 1, 250 lb rated. 300 lb & 375 lb rated type 1a & type 1aa ladders are available

Each deck end-to-end located platform will be attached at deck ends with locking assembly.

Techs may pass through sides between platforms where there is 12” clearance. As well they may duck under side platform framing.
CONFINED ROOFTOP AREA CONTAINMENT:
LANDING STEP APPROACH SYSTEM
Our mobile powered worker containment system with a landing step approach and two different height options.

Powered systems are set up with the use of a battery powered drill/driver, and can be locked at height by pins under each corner. They are OSHA safety compliant and include Worm Gear protection.

SURROUND RV ROOFTOP CONTAINMENT
Our Surround RV Rooftop Containment includes a Stack Deck model rear approach with connected 3 rail upper handrails & lower support rails.

Avoid suspension trauma from falls with harnesses. Easy Access’s Wrap Around RV Rooftop Containment System surrounds your technicians with a safe handrail perimeter instead of using fall arrest.
Prevent worker falls before they happen. Stack Deck Wrap Around Systems may be used inside or outside. Benefit from quick mobile set up by rolling entire system around RV. Drive out forward when roof job is complete.

Safety Info:

Top, mid & lower continuous roofline perimeter rails provide security for rooftop worker fall protection.
-
Each side wheeled stand connects to the opposite side stand with upper top located adjustable safety tubes.
-
The upper cross tube system will transfer the force of a possible side fall to opposite side against the RV sidewall.
-
Inner forward safety rail prevents forward falls from above windshield.
-
Lower level wrap around horizontal tubes maintain sidewall fall protection enclosure.

They are pretty handy. I was surprised how easy they are to move around considering how tall they are. The way the legs are extended makes them very stable. Its nicer to climb the ladder than work off the piece of equipment we are working on. The ramps work out perfectly.
